It saves a lot of trial and error for everyone else. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place.

Sometimes I do not mind waiting longer if the price is fair and the quality is solid. When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. Whenever I find something that actually works well, I tend to reorder it later. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing.

I prefer simple designs that do not depend only on heavy filters in the pictures. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. I like when they mention whether the fabric has stretch or not, that detail matters a lot.
